If this is not the case, extra time will be required in order to bring the property to the standard required by landlords/estate agencies. If our recommended time is not accepted a job guarantee will not be issued. Moreover, Cleaning Providers reserve the right to remove the team from the property when the booked time elapsed, and you do not agree to the extra time required. At City Housekeeping, the job guarantee means that for all the jobs we offer a 48h return to fix any fault with no extra charge if the disputed cleaning area is deemed to be the housekeepers fault.
